Job Responsibilities
Local Team Building and Management Build a local team in Russia from scratch, leading the design of recruitment, training, and assessment systems (for positions such as sales, customer service, and administration); formulate team KPIs, regularly evaluate members' performance, and optimize the organizational structure to improve business efficiency; promote cross-cultural team integration, resolve cultural conflicts, and ensure that the team is aligned with the headquarters' strategy. Market Development and Business Management Be responsible for business expansion in Russia and surrounding Russian-speaking markets, formulate annual sales targets and implementation strategies; explore local customer resources, maintain key customer relationships, and lead business negotiations and contract signing; analyze the market competition pattern, regularly submit market research reports, and adjust product strategies to meet local needs; monitor the entire order process (inquiry, delivery, payment collection), and coordinate with the headquarters' supply chain team to ensure fulfillment efficiency. Compliance Operation and Risk Control Ensure that the business complies with local laws and regulations in Russia (trade, taxation, labor, etc.), and handle unexpected issues in customs, logistics, and other links; regularly report operating data and market dynamics to the headquarters, and put forward demands for resource support.
Job Requirements
Hard Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, major in international trade, Russian, marketing, or related fields is preferred; academic qualifications can be relaxed to junior college level with emphasis on abilities; More than 5 years of team management experience, with a background in the machinery industry being preferred; Fluent in English (at the level of business negotiations), and English can be used as a supplementary working language; proficiency in Russian is preferred. Experience in building overseas teams, familiar with Russian labor laws and employment policies.
