Job Responsibilities
Strategic Development & Business Growth Develop and implement business strategies and long-term plans for the European region. Lead market expansion and growth initiatives to increase market share. Formulate product positioning, pricing, and channel strategies. Accountable for sales targets, profitability, and market penetration. Team Leadership & Organizational Development Establish and lead the European management team. Define regional talent strategies and succession plans. Optimize organizational structures to align with strategic objectives. Full Operational Management Oversee the European P&L (Profit and Loss) with full accountability. Supervise operations across sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain. Streamline business processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Client & Partner Relationships Maintain key client relationships and strengthen distribution networks. Represent the company at industry events to elevate brand reputation. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to EU regulations, local laws, and corporate policies. Identify and mitigate regional operational risks. Headquarters Collaboration Collaborate closely with product, R&D, and finance teams. Channel European market insights and demands back to headquarters.
Job Requirements
■ Experience Requirements Proven track record leading teams of 100+ employees independently. Entrepreneurial background with a preference for candidates who’ve achieved 0-1 business breakthroughs. Extensive overseas experience, particularly in European markets (living/work experience preferred). Prior experience in small-to-medium business (SMB) sectors, especially in service-oriented solutions. ■ Skills & Competencies Mandatory: Fluent English (business-level communication). Desirable: Software/computer science background. Key Differentiators Cross-cultural leadership expertise with a focus on European market dynamics. Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while driving growth. Track record of scaling businesses from inception to maturity.
