Job Responsibilities

Market Expansion and Customer Development Assist the General Manager in formulating and implementing market expansion strategies to increase the sales volume and channel coverage of Dongpeng Beverages in the Vietnamese market. Take the lead in developing new customers, maintain relationships with existing customers, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of the Vietnamese beverage market, analyze competitors' situations, and provide data support and strategic recommendations for the company's decision-making. Marketing Team Management Be responsible for the daily management of the Vietnamese marketing team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, etc., to improve the overall combat effectiveness of the team. Guide team members to formulate personal work plans, supervise the implementation, and ensure the achievement of team goals. Cultivate the professional capabilities of team members to build an efficient and professional marketing team. Marketing Activity Planning and Execution Combine the characteristics of the Vietnamese market and the advantages of the company's products to plan and organize various marketing activities, so as to enhance brand awareness and product sales. Monitor the effect of marketing activities, adjust strategies in a timely manner, and ensure that activities achieve the expected goals. Communicate and coordinate with external partners such as advertising, public relations, and promotion to ensure the smooth implementation of marketing activities. Sales Data Analysis and Management Establish and improve the sales data management system, regularly collect, sort out and analyze sales data to provide a basis for decision-making. Formulate targeted sales strategies and promotion plans based on sales data, optimize sales processes, and improve sales efficiency. Monitor the completion of sales targets, identify problems in a timely manner and take measures to solve them. Assisting the General Manager Assist the General Manager in handling daily affairs to ensure the smooth operation of the company. Complete other tasks assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements

Educational Background Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to majors such as marketing, business administration, etc. Work Experience 8-10 years of marketing management experience in the FMCG beverage industry, with rich experience in market expansion, customer development and team management. Familiar with the Vietnamese beverage market, with successful cases of market expansion and customer development. Priority will be given to those with work experience in multinational companies or cooperation experience with foreign-funded enterprises. Language Proficiency Proficient in Vietnamese, able to skillfully use Vietnamese for business communication and document writing. Good Chinese communication skills, able to communicate and collaborate effectively with the Chinese team. Professional Skills Familiar with marketing theories and methods, with strong market analysis and planning capabilities. Skilled in office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and able to use data analysis tools for sales data management. Possess good project management capabilities, able to effectively organize and coordinate various marketing activities. Personal Qualities Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate team members to achieve goals. Good communication and coordination skills, able to communicate effectively with personnel from different departments and levels. Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, able to withstand work pressure and have good pressure resistance. Good sense of innovation and learning ability, able to continuously learn new knowledge and skills and adapt to market changes.
