Job Responsibilities: 1. Be fully responsible for the return testing, maintenance, renovation, receipt and delivery of all after-sale products in the resident (Russia) market. 2. Responsible for assisting the product and quality department to collect and feedback the quality information of products in the market, and keeping close communication with manufacturers to ensure timely transmission and update of manufacturers' technology and product information. 3. Responsible for all customer service and customer technical support work; Including product technology related online consultation, remote guidance and training work. 4. Responsible for regularly assisting after-sales specialist to complete overseas warehouse storage management; Including regular inventory, daily system operation and actual implementation. 5. Complete other temporary tasks assigned by the company and leaders.
Job Requirements: 1, at least 1 year experience in electronic product maintenance or technical support, familiar with cleaning small household appliances is preferred. 2. High acceptance of various ERP and WMS systems, able to get started quickly after training. 3. Good business communication skills and service awareness. 4, because the post needs to be permanently stationed in Russia or other parts of Europe, Russian is required to be able to work as a language, at least to ensure smooth daily communication. Overseas working experience and English communication skills are preferred.
