Job Responsibilities
1. Organize the construction team to complete construction tasks. 2. Implement project quality standards at the construction site to ensure project quality. 3. Manage construction site safety to prevent accidents. 4. Control construction progress to ensure timely completion. 5. Train the construction team, instill safety concepts, and master construction skills. 6. Coordinate various parties, address issues during construction, and ensure normal installation. 7. Organize acceptance and complete the acceptance work for the power plant.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for backgrounds in civil engineering, engineering, or power. 2. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and industry experience preferred. 3. Hardworking, diligent, responsible, and able to accept some degree of travel. 4. CET-6 or above in English, with overseas work experience preferred; salary negotiable.
