Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall development and innovation of the art program, operation and management, discovering new materials and techniques, and constantly introducing new concepts. 2. Responsible for the quality control and supervision of the art program, responsible for spot-checking art teachers' teaching plans and giving timely guidance and evaluation. 3. Complete the school-wide marketing plan and achieve the performance goals of the project team, including but not limited to enrolling talents and scoring teaching quality. 4. Responsible for the outreach, organization, management and activity summary and filing of major events such as competitions and examinations. 5. Carry out KPI scoring work and work plan arrangement for art teachers in each campus in the area under our jurisdiction, and annual examination rating.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in art-related majors, with solid basic skills. 2.Have 3 years or more experience in the same industry and in the same position in management. 3.Abundant teaching and research innovation ability, able to output systematic teaching content. 4. Have strong patience and love education industry. 5. Experience in planning and management of various national competitions and activities.
