Job Responsibilities

Take full charge of the daily compliance management work of the company's cosmetics business to ensure legal and compliant operations. Establish the company's compliance management system: formulate new product compliance standards, and guide and supervise the implementation of relevant systems. Be responsible for the preliminary review, organization, and archiving of documents for first-time business partners and first-time product varieties. Establish dynamic quality files for suppliers and product varieties. Handle cosmetics registration/filing and various BPOM (Indonesia's National Agency of Drug and Food Control) related work. Liaise with government regulatory authorities to obtain corresponding qualifications for the enterprise or products, ensuring that the system operation and product production comply with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Hold at least a bachelor's degree (S1) or junior college degree (D3) in relevant majors such as Pharmacy (Farmasi), Chemistry (Kimia), Biology (Biologi), or Cosmetic Science (Ilmu Kosmetika). Have work experience in cosmetics quality management, product development, etc. Be familiar with local cosmetics-related laws and regulations in Indonesia.
