Assist the General Manager in organizing and arranging daily work to ensure efficient execution of various tasks. Collaborate with members of the executive office and company management to assist in team management and ensure the achievement of company goals. Responsible for managing and coordinating large-scale projects, with project management experience.
Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and Portuguese, with additional fluency in English or Spanish preferred. Minimum of 5 years of work experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position. Prior experience in the logistics industry or multinational companies is advantageous. Strong goal orientation, results-driven, with the ability to handle pressure and adapt to the General Manager's style. Willingness to travel and ability to travel globally when necessary.
