Job Responsibilities
1.Undertakethedutyonspecificclient’sdevelopingforlidarproductsamongjointventure enterpriseandTier1majorinternationalbrandingenterpriseinautomobileindustrybothin domesticandoverseas. 2.Beresponsibleforfollowingupclients,conductregularclientvisits,commercialnegotiations, coordinatestheinternalresourcestofitclients’requirement,andimprovingcustomer satisfactionlevel; 3.Trytounderstandandtapclients’demands,coordinateinternalandexternalresources accordingtoclientsdemands,andformulatesolutionstomeetclients'demands; 4.Continuecollectinformationaboutkeyclients,marketandindustry.Generatefilesofkey clients,renewdatabaseofCRMinreal-time.Beresponsibleforthemanagementofcustomer serviceandrelationshipmaintenanceforkeyclients,createagoodrelationshipwithkeyclients; 5.Keephighstandardondeliveryofconsultingandrelatedservices,suchascoordinationof delivery,handlingclients’complainsintime,follow-uptheARcollection,etc.
Job Requirements
1.AtleastBachelordegreeorabove,automotive,engineering,automation,electronic information,andopticsrelatedmajorsarepreferred; 2.Experienceonstudyorworkabroadispreferred; 3.ResourceonclientsinEurope,America,JapanandSouthKoreaortier1international large-scaleclientsarepreferred. 4.ExperienceinADASrelatedproducts’saleispreferred; 5.Coulduseoneforeignlanguageindailywork,suchasEnglish,German,Japanese,Koreanor otherlanguages.
