Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 1. According to the company's strategic goals and strategies, lead the team to conduct research and analysis, organize business plans, prepare budgets and formulate implementation plans; 2. Coordinate and be responsible for the planning and construction of the factory, and organize and implement it according to the confirmed factory business model; 3. Organize, formulate, revise and implement the annual business plan according to the requirements of the group; supervise and control the implementation process of the business plan, and be fully responsible for the business results; 4. Responsible for the publicity and promotion of factory projects, services or products, undertake and seek customers and commercial orders, and organize delivery according to customer needs; 5. Responsible for the factory team management, establish and improve the company management mechanism; 6. Responsible for organizing and formulating the organizational structure, key business processes and various rules and regulations of the affiliated business, and timely optimizing and adjusting as needed; 7. Responsible for coordinating local government resources, maintaining good communication on a regular basis, and establishing good cooperative relations. Job Requirements

Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above,; 2. Have more than ten years of experience in production management in large and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, and have experience in independently undertaking related projects; 3. Proficient in English, which can be used as a working language; 4. Strong communication skills, guidance skills and control skills. Good decision-making, planning, organizational coordination and execution capabilities.
