Team Management: Lead and coordinate cross-cultural teams to achieve operational objectives. Automated Production Line Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of automated manufacturing systems.

Job Requirements

① Proficient in advanced manufacturing management systems such as Lean Production, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and 6 Sigma. ② Familiar with the planning and management of intelligent manufacturing and automated production lines. ③ Proven track record in cost control, supply chain optimization, and capacity improvement. ④ Experience in managing overseas teams, with the ability to effectively coordinate work styles and cultural differences between Chinese and foreign employees. ⑤ Possess outstanding leadership and team management capabilities.
