Job Responsibilities
Devise regional sales strategies aligned with the company’s sales objectives and supervise the execution of comprehensive overseas sales plans. Lead the department in innovating sales approaches to meet sales targets and ensure timely payment collection. Identify market and customer needs, actively prospect and nurture client relationships within the assigned region. Spearhead negotiations and finalize major overseas marketing contracts on behalf of the company. Cultivate long-term client partnerships through regular visits and proactive project tracking. Optimize management of overseas distributors and sales channels. Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conduct market research, and analyze competitors’ products.
Job Requirements
Associate degree or higher. Preference for candidates with overseas sales experience in new energy, home appliances, or building materials industries. Fluent English communication is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Arabic) is a plus. Overseas study or work experience will be prioritized. Self-motivated, personable, and quick-witted with exceptional communication skills. Candidates with existing overseas client networks or proven ability to independently develop international business will be preferred. Strong personal integrity, networking capabilities, leadership potential, and a collaborative team player mindset.
