Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities Tax Compliance Support Assist in the declaration of local taxes (enterprise income tax, SST, withholding tax, stamp duty, etc.) and prepare relevant documents. Coordinate and communicate with local tax advisors, auditors, and relevant departments to ensure timely and compliant declaration. Track changes in tax regulations and conduct preliminary impact assessments. Internal Control and Compliance Support Assist in implementing and executing the group's financial systems and internal control processes locally. Participate in internal audit inspections, document preparation, and the implementation of improvement suggestions. Collaborate on risk management, compliance checks, and other related tasks. Review financial and tax clauses in non-litigation contracts and disclose risks. Local Project Support Assist in the financial work of projects (e.g., financial support for the launch and operation of overseas financial shared service systems, optimization of financial systems such as ERP). Serve as a communication bridge between local finance and headquarters/business departments to promote smooth project implementation. Participate in cross-departmental meetings and provide financial data support and suggestions. Daily Financial Collaboration Assist the financial accounting module in monthly closing, report review, and support. Coordinate with third-party financial outsourcing services (such as accounting firms, tax agents, etc.).

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, etc. 3–5 years of financial or auditing experience, familiar with financial systems and basic tax knowledge. Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages, with basic financial English reading and written communication skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities, as well as cross-cultural collaboration awareness. Proactive, strong stress tolerance, and able to adapt to cross-time zone communication and high-paced work. Proficient in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BIP) and office software (Excel, PPT, etc.). Preference for candidates with work experience in Chinese enterprises or in audit/financial consulting industries.
