Job Responsibilities

Manage and reconcile daily income and expenses of the company in the host country. Reconcile basic accounting records in the office. Collect and review original vouchers to ensure the legality and accuracy of reimbursement procedures and supporting documents. Maintain cash and bank deposit journals, accurately input data into the system, and timely prepare bank reconciliation statements. Number and bind accounting vouchers; preserve and file financial-related documents. Issue various types of invoices and receipts. Collaborate with the chief accountant to manage and summarize office financial statistics.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Proficiency in English as a working language. At least 5 years of experience in accounting and cashiering. Familiarity with financial software, as well as office software such as Excel and Word. Requirement for clear, accurate, and timely bookkeeping, with daily and monthly account reconciliation, and accurate and timely preparation of financial reports. Serious work attitude and proper professional conduct. Knowledge of national financial policies, accounting and tax regulations, and familiarity with bank settlement procedures.
