Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the president with daily tasks to ensure an efficient workflow; 2. Support the president in organizing and hosting meetings, and supervise the implementation of company plans and projects; 3. Manage and maintain the president's schedule, ensuring optimal time allocation; 4. Collaborate with the president in important business negotiations.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a good image and demeanor; 2. TEM-8 level in English, fluent in communication and translation; 3. Over 5 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years as an assistant to the chairman or president, overseas study or work experience preferred; 4. Outgoing personality, good communication and coordination skills, familiar with business reception etiquette, and gracious in foreign affairs reception; 5. Quick thinker, meticulous in work, strong sense of responsibility, and with high confidentiality awareness; 6.With the ability to travel domestically and internationally.
