Job Responsibilities
Job Summary: As a Finance Generalist, you will support Mixue Group’s financial compliance operations in Malaysia, including tax filing, internal control management, and project financial support. You will collaborate closely with cross-border teams to ensure efficient and compliant financial operations, contributing to Mixue Group’s healthy growth in the Malaysian market. Main Responsibilities: 1. Tax Compliance Support Assist with preparation and filing of various local taxes (corporate income tax, SST, withholding tax, stamp duty, etc.) Coordinate with local tax consultants, auditors, and relevant departments to ensure timely and compliant filings Monitor changes in tax regulations and conduct preliminary impact assessments 2. Internal Control & Compliance Support Assist with the implementation and execution of group financial policies and internal control processes locally Participate in internal audits, including preparation of documentation and follow-up on improvement suggestions Support risk control and compliance inspections Review non-litigation contracts for tax and financial clauses, and disclose related risks 3. Local Project Support Support financial aspects of projects (e.g., financial support for the implementation and operation of overseas financial shared service systems, ERP-related financial system optimization) Act as a liaison between local finance and HQ/business units to facilitate smooth project execution Participate in cross-functional meetings and provide financial data support and recommendations 4. Day-to-Day Financial Collaboration Assist in monthly closing processes, financial reporting review, and support Coordinate with third-party financial outsourcing providers (e.g., accounting firms, tax agents)
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, auditing, or tax-related fields preferred 2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance or auditing, with a solid understanding of financial systems and basic tax knowledge 3. Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages; capable of reading and writing financial documents in English 4. Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-cultural awareness 5. Proactive, resilient under pressure, and able to manage time zone differences and fast-paced work 6. Proficient in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BIP) and office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 7.
