Job Responsibilities

Responsible for demand planning and guidance for key overseas manufacturing clients, enhance consulting capabilities through key project engagement, and build professional consulting expertise. Conduct market research on overseas manufacturing industries and benchmark clients, understand typical demand characteristics and development trends of overseas manufacturing clients in the field of data application, serve as information input for industry operations, and broaden industry cognition and business development vision. Output business knowledge maps for overseas manufacturing industries, precipitate, organize, and iterate industry-related business solutions, promote and improve them through diversified means, provide ammunition support for overall industry scale development, and enhance personal business knowledge capabilities. Deepen and promote cooperation with top clients and target customer groups in overseas manufacturing industries, accumulate construction experience cases of typical representative clients, and exercise the ability to engage with senior executives (call high).

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of work experience in manufacturing as a client (甲方) or in consulting projects , familiar with the functions and architecture of industry-related information systems. Have in-depth understanding of the full business processes and operation models of manufacturing enterprises, familiar with knowledge in business areas such as procurement, inventory, logistics, marketing, and production. Strong learning ability, innovative passion, keen industry and professional touch, mature problem analysis and experience extraction capabilities, and adaptability to fast-changing environments. Experience in digital transformation, data analysis, or project implementation in the manufacturing field. Language requirement: English as working language, or confidence to enhance English within 6 months to communicate with clients. Business travel: Able to accept overseas business trips. Plus points: Experience in overseas client projects or work experience in foreign enterprises.
