Job Responsibilities

Financial Budgeting and Auditing Responsible for financial budgeting and auditing, including formulating annual budget plans, preparing financial reports, and participating in internal audits. Funds Operation Management Manage the company's fund operations, conduct daily fund management including cash flow forecasting and fund allocation. Accounting Supervision Organize and guide accountants to carry out accurate and timely accounting work to ensure error-free bookkeeping. Tax Affairs Management Administer tax matters and file various taxes in accordance with laws. Indonesian Procurement Strategic Planning and Resource Integration Develop annual procurement plans and budgets, coordinate material demand forecasting and bulk purchasing strategies. Research market price trends and supplier resources, optimize the procurement cost structure. Process Management and System Building Establish material management systems and procurement principles, standardize procurement processes and contract management. Monitor procurement execution, ensure compliance, and resolve exceptional issues. Quality Control and Risk Management Strictly control material quality and delivery schedules, coordinate return and exchange processes. Evaluate supplier stability and risks, mitigate the impact of market fluctuations. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Collaborate with production, finance, and other departments to develop procurement strategies, supporting the achievement of corporate operational goals.

Job Requirements

Educational Background Major in finance or related fields, secondary technical school degree or above. Experience & Skills Over 5 years of financial management experience, with excellent team management and communication skills. Professional Knowledge Proficient in accounting, financial analysis, financial and tax regulations. Language Proficiency Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
