Skill Requirements Culinary Techniques: Proficiently master various cooking techniques, such as frying, stir-frying, sautéing, deep-frying, roasting, steaming, stewing, etc. Be able to independently prepare dishes, ensuring excellent color, aroma, taste, and appearance. Dish Innovation: Have certain abilities in dish research and development. Be able to regularly introduce new dishes according to market demands and customers' tastes. Ingredient Handling: Be skilled in the primary processing of ingredients, such as slaughtering, cutting, cleaning, marinating, etc. Have a good knowledge of ingredient characteristics to ensure their freshness and quality. Seasoning Skills: Precisely control the amount and combination of various seasonings, and season dishes according to different dishes and customers' taste preferences.
