Job Responsibilities
Market Strategy Development Develop and execute the vaccine sales strategy for the Saudi market to achieve annual sales targets. Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand promotion and product positioning strategies tailored to the Saudi market. Customer Relationship Management Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with Saudi government departments (such as the Ministry of Health, Saudi Food and Drug Authority - SFDA), hospitals, clinics, and distributors. Represent the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, and government tenders to ensure brand influence. Sales Team Leadership Lead and manage the Saudi sales team, set performance goals, and oversee their implementation. Provide training and guidance to enhance the team's capabilities in vaccine product knowledge and sales skills. Motivate team morale to ensure efficient collaboration and goal achievement. Regulatory Compliance Ensure that sales activities comply with the regulations of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) and international vaccine-related regulations. Oversee contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and distribution agreements to ensure compliance and maximize commercial benefits. Performance Monitoring and Reporting Track sales data, customer feedback, and market performance, and regularly submit reports to the senior management team. Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize sales results through data-driven decision-making. Regional Collaboration Collaborate with sales teams in other Middle East markets, share best practices, and promote regional strategic consistency. Support multinational customer projects to ensure the stability and reliability of the vaccine supply chain.
Job Requirements
Educational Background Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, pharmacy, medicine, or related fields. An MBA or related master's degree is preferred. Work Experience At least 8-10 years of sales experience in the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical industry, with at least 5 years in management positions. Direct sales experience in the vaccine or sterile injectables field is preferred. Familiarity with the Saudi market and successful cases of cooperation with government and medical institutions are required. Professional Skills In-depth understanding of the vaccine market, SFDA regulations, and the Saudi healthcare system. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. Proficient in data analysis and sales forecasting, and skilled in using CRM tools (such as Salesforce). Language Proficiency Fluency in Arabic and English (both oral and written). Chinese language skills are a plus.
