Job Responsibilities
1. Lead the development of annual sales plans and quantitative sales targets for overseas business units/national regions; 2. Responsible for leading various market research on overseas business units/national regions and outputting research reports; 3. According to the company's market development plan, take the lead in implementing the overall sales strategy and sales plan formulated by the company, clarify sales strategies and quantify sales targets; 4. Responsible for organizing market development, establishing distributor sales networks, expanding and maintaining sales channels, and coordinating sales issues in various markets; 5. Responsible for expanding customers within the designated region based on marketing strategies, maintaining and ensuring the continuous growth of existing customer businesses, while focusing on expanding new customers and businesses, and developing new businesses for existing customers; 7. Participate in or preside over the negotiation, drafting, and signing of important contracts; 8. Responsible for the system and organizational structure construction of the business unit under its jurisdiction.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from a 985 or 211 university background; 2. Having a strong sense of career and the spirit of striving; 3. Master English listening, reading, and writing skills, fluent in spoken English that can be used for business communication; 4. More than 10 years of marketing experience (not limited to any industry), with priority given to marketing experience in industries such as connectors, new energy, green transportation, industrial control machinery manufacturing, and intelligent buildings; 5. Having experience in marketing in overseas countries and regions, and leading a team to successfully expand the market with zero foundation in practical cases;
