Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for organizing the on-site construction management of photovoltaic projects, including safety, quality, schedule, and cost control. 2. Responsible for resource allocation on-site, managing construction and changes. 3. Responsible for preparing construction progress plans, implementing progress control, and timely reporting actual construction completion to the company. 4. Responsible for submitting project material plans, construction plans, and temporary material expenditure plans. 5. Responsible for implementing engineering management systems and related standards, quality control of projects, and ensuring the achievement of quality, safety, cost, and schedule targets. 6. Responsible for coordinating relationships among personnel, materials, and promptly addressing various on-site issues. 7. Responsible for coordinating and following up on the submission of project grid acceptance materials. 8. Responsible for project acceptance, compiling engineering documents, and project final accounts, and preparing project summaries. 9. Execute company regulations and tasks assigned by leaders and be adaptable to travel.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 2 years of relevant experience. 2. Proficient in CAD and able to drive. 3. Possess good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
