Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute project development strategy for solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and hydrogen integration. 2. Identify and evaluate potential projects. 3. Establish and oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones. 4. Ensure design and engineering standards are met. 5. Stay current on industry trends, including solar PV innovation, battery storage, and hydrogen integration. 6. Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to secure permits and agreements. 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and permitting processes. 8. Understand project finance and investment analysis. 9. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. 10. Prepare and present regular reports on progress, budgets, and metrics.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred. 2. 3+ years of solar PV and BESS project development experience. 3. Extensive knowledge of solar PV, BESS, hydrogen tech, regulations, and incentives. 4. Proven experience developing Solar+BESS, standalone BESS, and Solar+BESS+Hydrogen projects. 5. Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and communication skills. 6. Strong analytical, financial modeling, and project management abilities.
