Job Responsibilities

1、 Responsible for the maintenance of the company's bank online banking and fund accounts, as well as the preparation of bank payment receipts and payments, and the preparation of fund income and expenditure reports; 2、 Complete monthly and annual tax calculations, declarations, and payments of the company on time, assist relevant departments in conducting tax and financial audits and annual inspections; 3、 Assist business personnel in organizing and reviewing reimbursement documents, responsible for administrative affairs such as purchasing office supplies, paying rent, water and electricity, etc; 4、 Assist in business reconciliation and accounting work, responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable; 5、 Timely collect, compile, and archive original accounting vouchers. Job Requirements
