Job Responsibilities

- Brainstorm and develop new social content ideas. - Create and produce share-worthy social content in a variety of mediums such as gifs, images, or short-form videos. When necessary, this content can be made with the support of in-house creative resources. - Establish a social strategy that optimizes content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and/or emerging platforms. - Perform community management and monitor reactions to social content, taking into consideration social media trends and cultural moments. - Partner with internal teams to strategize social media campaigns in alignment with company goals. - Help manage our social editorial calendar and write content that will engage, grow and educate our community. - Provide occasional social media support at events or launches. - Assist with tracking and analyzing campaign results, build social recap reports, and present key findings to the internal team.

Job Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience working in social media for a brand or an agency. - Familiarity with using editing and graphic design tools to create content for social channels. - Excellent writing skills and an understanding of how copy + visuals work together on social. - Willingness to embody Tribit and Sportneer’s brand voice and tone. - Knowledge of how paid and organic social content works together. - Avid user of social media sites like Twitter, and Instagram, with a solid understanding of current and new features, different layouts, algorithm changes, and/or formats. - Ability to analyze metrics and use social data to drive decision-making. - Passion for social media, cultural news, and tech trends.
