Spearhead business development initiatives that is consistent with the company’s overall strategy; Administrative and financial management of the company; Leads and manage multiple client relationships, serving as the primary and high level contact to articulate our company view on strategy and business philosophies; Sells in new project ideas to client that aligns with their business, customer and brand goals; Sales forecast report and preparation of annual budgets; Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategic and tactical management decision and new business development results; Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the sales and business development group. Job Requirements

Strong operational experience: 8+ years of work experience as a senior management role or similar capacities for business development; Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development, and strategic planning; Solid knowledge of solar market, government policies, and solar project development cycle, project permitting process; Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization Skills should include organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development, and strategic planning; demonstrated success developing and monitoring systems to manage both operational and programmatic work that involve high levels of collaboration; Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills; Minimum of a BA, ideally with an MBA degree; Role could be home-based
