Job Responsibilities
1.Assist The Line Manager with daily oversight of Departement operations 2. Coordinate efforts with department heads to maximize results. 3. Maintain current knowledge of operation, products, and procedures within a given department. 4. Assist the line managers to ensure adequate client communication, maintain contacts with clients and provide feedback. 5. Assist The Line Manager with creating, implementing, and assessing organizational policies and procedures.

Excellent written and verbal in English & Chinese Language Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
