Job Responsibilities

1、 English atmosphere builder 1.1 Host English events，both on line and off line 1.2 Provider consulting on English learning; Increase Chinese employee’s interest in cross culture communication 1.3 Culture Exchange both sides 2、 Language Expert 2.1 Work with key stakeholders to identify English language and Cross Culture related training needs 2.2 Design and delivery basic English courses & Cross Culture sharing in wide variety of mediums and formats 2.3 Proofread and edit contents, such as English Documents\System in English Version\English Videos etc. 2.4 Provide support on English interview、High Level management meeting etc.

Job Requirements

1、 Bachelor’s degree; A minimum of 3years of proven experience in adult training. 2、 Native English speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills 3、 With working experience in Multinational companies (not only training schools) is a plus 4、 Knowledge of current training formats and techniques is a plus
