Job Responsibilities

1.Provide personalized 1-on-1 English instruction to meet students' language learning needs. 2.Develop and implement flexible and diverse teaching plans to enhance students' language proficiency. 3.Regularly assess students' academic performance and provide personalized learning recommendations. 4.Maintain effective communication with students and parents to stay informed about students' learning progress and needs. 5.Willingness to share insights into English-speaking country cultures and social contexts to help students better understand English language nuances.

Job Requirements

1.Native English speaker from countries such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or New Zealand. 2.Age between 22-45 years oldno gender preference. 3.Educational background in international politics, economics, trade, or related fields is an advantage. 4.Fluent in spoken and written English. 5.Previous English teaching experience; experience in 1-on-1 teaching is a plus. 6.Patient, responsible, and adept at building positive relationships with students. 7.Availability for 2-3 sessions per week, each lasting 2 hours. Compensation: 8.Hourly wage: 300-500 RMB/hour
