Job Responsibilities
Maintain relationships with existing key Chinese restaurant clients, including regular visits. Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to stay updated on key clients’ needs. Collaborate closely with the product team to ensure the timely implementation of key clients’ critical needs. Appropriately address client concerns when they are dissatisfied. Upsell services when clients are satisfied.
Job Requirements
1-3 years of client management experience, especially in tech and software industries. Strong graduates are also encouraged to apply. Native Chinese speaker with strong communication skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Quick adaptability to innovative technology and software. Willingness to travel within Germany and flexibility. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Fluency in either German or English is required. Client management experience in SaaS software solutions. Work experience in the restaurant or service industry is a plus. Outgoing personality.
