Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and execution of complex projects from A-Z • Client briefing and planning • Creation project schedules, leading, updating and follow-up • Sourcing and liaising with Chinese vendors • Project budget management • Analysis and report creation (in English) • Liaise with, and report to global based foreign clients • Supervise downline on multiple projects • Assist colleagues when needed • Reports to the Project Director

Job Requirements

• Native Chinese-speaking, Fluent Business English • Min.5 years in multiple project management in China • Experience in procurement management and/or China market entry projects • Bachelor or Master degree/ diploma or attested certification(s) in a related field • Computer literacy: Mac, GoogleDrive, Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Words, ppt, design software is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong-developed project and time management skills • Outstanding organizational skills and able to work under pressure on multiple projects • Personality: Reliable, pleasant, presentable, hardworking, resourceful, flexible, team player with excellent interpersonal skills
