Job Responsibilities
1、Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. 2、To expand scope of EC to include various new channels such as Direct to Business/Retail(D2B/R), Employee Purchase Program (EPP), Student Purchase Program (SPP), Business to Business (B2B / Corporate) and ONDC like projects etc. 3、To lead various sub-functions of Retail such as Sales, Channel, RQE, Training, New Store Opening and Visual Merchandising etc.
Job Requirements
1、3 - 5 years of experience in retail operations management, preferably in the mobile phone industry. 2、Understanding of consumer affordability programs, loyalty program and it's implementations 3、Practical implementations of Omni channel strategy, knowledge of software systems that enable Omni channel 4、Fluent in English and Mandarin, multi-culture experience (India, China) work experience in both India and China preferred
