Job Responsibilities
1. Multi-Store Operations Management:Oversee the operations of multiple stores within the assigned region, ensuring sales targets, profit goals, and brand consistency are achieved. 2. Brand Image and Customer Experience Optimization:Ensure store displays and ambiance align with OH!SOME’s brand positioning, enhancing customer satisfaction and shopping experiences. 3. Sales Data Analysis and Strategy Development:Analyze regional sales data, identify issues, and develop actionable strategies to boost revenue and profitability. 4. Team Building and Leadership:Manage and train store teams to improve their skills, efficiency, and overall performance, fostering a positive team culture. 5. Inventory and Loss Control:Monitor inventory turnover within the region, minimize product losses, and optimize inventory management to support sales growth.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with 3-5 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in multi-store or regional management. 2. Proficient in analyzing sales data to identify problems and develop effective improvement plans. 3. Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage teams while improving employee satisfaction and collaboration. 4. In-depth understanding of young consumer behavior and trendy retail brands, with the ability to propose market-driven innovative ideas. 5. Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment, handle high-pressure tasks, and adapt to frequent travel requirements.
