Job Responsibilities

Customer Development and Relationship Maintenance Expand corporate client resources (HR departments, hiring managers, executives) and establish long-term partnerships. Develop new clients, particularly leading enterprises in industries such as internet, finance, manufacturing, and healthcare. Conduct regular client visits to maintain relationships, enhance client stickiness, and improve renewal rates. Business Negotiation and Contract Signing Communicate with clients to understand recruitment needs and formulate service solutions. Lead business negotiations to determine cooperation terms (service fees, payment terms, guarantee periods, etc.). Drive contract signing and ensure payment collection progress. Market Analysis and Strategy Optimization Research industry recruitment trends, analyze competitor dynamics, and formulate differentiated BD strategies. Optimize client development processes to improve contract conversion rates. Cross-team Collaboration Collaborate closely with internal teams to accurately match client needs. Collect client feedback to optimize service processes and enhance satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Japanese Proficiency Test N2 or above, with fluent listening and speaking skills. College degree or above; majors in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Management, etc., are preferred. Over 3 years of BD experience in the headhunting industry, or background in corporate HR recruitment/HRBP; candidates with abundant client resources are preferred. Familiar with headhunting operation models (Retained Search, Contingency, etc.). Excellent business negotiation skills, capable of independently completing high-value contract signings. Ability to manage client segmentation and accurately identify high-value clients. Goal-oriented, strong stress tolerance, and adaptable to frequent client visits. Proficient in using CRM, Excel, and other tools for client data management.
