Job Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement Responsible for selling the company's software products and achieving annual/quarterly sales targets. Develop personal and team sales strategies and drive their execution. Customer Development and Management Acquire new clients and establish long-term cooperative relationships. Maintain existing clients, identify upsell, upgrade, and renewal opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value. End-to-End Sales Process Management Lead needs analysis, solution demonstrations, business negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection. Coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and customer service teams to ensure efficient fulfillment of client needs. Market Insight and Strategy Optimization Analyze competitor dynamics and industry trends, and provide feedback to the product team.

Job Requirements

College degree or above; majors in computer science, marketing, or business are preferred. Over 5 years of software sales experience and 3+ years of team management experience; candidates with catering industry resources are preferred. Proficient in using CRM, PPT, Excel, and other tools. Well-versed in sales methodologies for complex software products (e.g., solution selling, SPIN selling, etc.). Excellent business negotiation skills, capable of independently closing million-level orders. Result-oriented, adaptable to frequent business trips or client visits.
