Job Responsibilities
Oversee sales management of bathroom products in the assigned host market, formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and adjust sales strategies to adapt to market changes. Maintain and deepen cooperative relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead and train the sales team, enhancing their professional skills and sales techniques. Explore new market opportunities and seek partners to expand the business territory.
Job Requirements
College degree or above; proficiency in English or French is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in sales and sales team management (industry-unlimited), with a personal willingness to deeply develop in the African market. Proficient in market dynamics, skilled in applying sales strategies and tools, and equipped with excellent negotiation skills and cross-cultural communication abilities. Strong team leadership and collaboration skills, capable of leading the team to achieve sales targets. Strong market insight and analytical skills, able to adjust sales strategies in a timely manner according to market changes. Willing to be stationed in African countries such as Nigeria, Ghana, Tanzania, Angola, etc., with good adaptability and stress resistance.
