Job Responsibilities
1. Fully preside over the production operation and supply chain management of European companies, and be responsible for the overall performance of the company; 2. According to the company's strategic objectives, decompose and issue the annual work plan of each department and supervise the implementation; 3. Fully familiar with the company's operation process, good at using advanced management methods to achieve the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the company; 4. Responsible for all kinds of business negotiations between the company and domestic and foreign enterprises; 5. Responsible for the team building of various departments of the company.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, with the overall management ability of overseas subsidiaries (manufacturing/sales background); 2. Priority will be given to candidates with the background of the same industry (aircraft manufacturing industry) and who have served as the overall person in charge of European companies (integration of research, production and marketing); 3. Have at least 5 years of overseas work experience, fluent in English and Chinese, and have cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills; 4. Good communication skills, teamwork skills and business negotiation skills are prerequisites.
