Carry out the whole process of recruitment and complete the company's recruitment task; 3. Actively go deep into the business department, understand the business and development trends of each department, and grasp the current situation of talent demand; 4. Track the performance of employees during the probation period to help employees integrate into the team smoothly.
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year HR work experience, Portuguese and Chinese can be used as office language; 2. Have overseas recruitment experience and understand recruitment channels in Latin America; 3. Proactive in work, strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and pressure resistance.
