Major Responsibilities 1. Manage the recruiting process, ensuring high-touch candidate experience with outstanding follow up and the ability to communicative. 2. Evaluate candidate by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing technique to identify exceptional ability. 3. Timely updates to HR center on recruiting efforts, not limited to written or verbal presentation on project status and candidate reviews. 4. Other responsibilities: perform other related duties as assigned, based on the business need.
Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor degree and above. 2. Language skill: * Fluent in English - other languages are a plus 3. Experience: 0.5+yrs work experience in China, previous work as foreign teacher in China is preferable, and previous work as HR is nice to have 4. Knowledge and skills: * Ability to manage and complete projects from beginning to end * Good verbal and visual communication skills * Proactive and self-motivated, able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and international environment * Able to deliver under tight time constraints * Strong sense of responsibility * Willing to work in Munich, Germany
