Job Responsibilities
1. Business landing support 2. Assist in new market store site selection, supply chain docking, and localized menu optimization; 3. Participate in the construction of the operation process and supervise the implementation of store standardization (such as SOP implementation and staff training); 4. Cross-functional collaboration hub 5. Coordinate the headquarters and local teams to deal with logistics, finance, legal affairs and other multi-department docking affairs; 6. Translate and localize the policy documents of the headquarters to ensure cultural fit; 7. Market insight and execution, collect competitive product dynamics and consumer preference data, and output monthly analysis reports; 8. Plan and execute small local marketing activities (such as community promotion, social media operations); 9. Temporary administrative support (meeting arrangement, travel coordination); 10. Emergency treatment of unexpected problems.
