Job Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities: 1. Fully responsible for the company's after-sales management in Japan, improving and developing the service system and technical support system in Japan, formulating corresponding after-sales systems and optimizing the construction of after-sales processes; 2. Assist the department director in department management, lay out the Japanese regional after-sales service network, and continue to promote and improve the construction and management of the technical service platform; 3. Promote product and R&D departments to develop and improve remote operation and maintenance and intelligent operation and maintenance tools, improve product operation and maintenance efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance costs; 4. Carry out repairs orderly, maintenance, technical upgrades, and iterative upgrades of software versions for Japanese customers to ensure the stable operation of local equipment; 5. Put forward product optimization suggestions to the production and research side by collecting after-sales problems on the market side, customer satisfaction evaluation, etc., and promote the improvement of product functions, ease of use, reliability, and maintainability; 6. Actively cooperate with the local sales department to carry out pre-sales and after-sales support in the local area, assist agents in product demonstration, product use deployment, and training to ensure the service satisfaction of overseas customers; 7. Actively visit regional agents in Japan, inspect the after-sales capabilities of agents, and formulate differentiated training to empower overseas agents and improve their after-sales capabilities; 8. Actively organize and establish the after-sales system work related to overseas agents, including the sinking and management of spare parts in overseas regions, the formulation of overseas after-sales policies, and the improvement of training databases; 9. Continuously promote and improve the monthly and daily survival rate of equipment in overseas regions. Focus on promoting the resolution of on-site problems and 10. Overseas technical support and operation and maintenance engineers' technical ability improvement, performance target formulation, service index monitoring and FAE personnel dispatch management. Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in electronic engineering, microelectronics, computer science, automation, etc.; 2. More than 8 years of working experience in after-sales industry management; 3. Proficient in English, Mandarin, listening, speaking, reading and writing, able to communicate with local customers proficiently 4. Understand the basic knowledge of electricity and the principle of motor drive control; 5. Familiar with Linux platform experience is preferred; working experience in the field of robotics, such as ROS is preferred; 6. Conscientious and meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, pressure tolerance, good communication skills and problem-solving ability;
