Job Responsibilities

Conduct legal review for the organization's various business and operational decisions, and provide legal opinions and legal risk prevention measures Draft and review contracts, user agreements, rules and regulations and other documents, and participate in negotiations, reviews, dispute investigations, mediation and arbitration Protection and management of intellectual property rights and trade secrets Analyze the legal risks of major operational decisions of the organization

Job Requirements

Have a Bachelor's degree in law or a related field, such as business, finance, or public administration Fluent in English or Chinese (both orally and in writing is preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Relevant certifications or advanced degrees in Law or related field
