Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily scheduling arrangements, cross-border freight inquiries, tracking, and follow-up work to achieve timely delivery and service monitoring. 2. Handle pre-reporting, customs clearance documents, maintain and update report data, and output SOP documents. 3. Address issues with packages, negotiate solutions with the operations warehouse and relevant personnel, and collaborate with various departments and suppliers to efficiently close the loop. 4. Regularly update local and destination customs regulations and produce analysis reports. 5. Communicate and coordinate with international business, suppliers, and other relevant departments involved in the flow of goods. 6. Monitor channel capacity, cost changes, and supplier performance, providing timely feedback on anomalies and adjustments.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, Spanish or English can be used as working languages; outstanding graduates are welcome and can be trained. 2. Interested in the logistics industry, open to overseas assignments. 3. Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, key negotiation skills, and a spirit of teamwork. 4. Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and driving ability.
