Job Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Technical Support: - Analyze and understand customer requirements to provide tailored pre-sales technical support. - Collaborate with the sales team during client negotiations to resolve technical queries effectively. - Conduct on-site technical surveys as needed to clarify customer issues at the project's early stages. - Develop and continually refine training materials; deliver technical training to clients both online and in-person. During-Sales Technical Support: - Enhance and update training materials focusing on the installation process; provide detailed and relevant training to clients. - Offer on-site technical guidance and support during product installation as necessary. Post-Sales Technical Support: - Promptly address technical quality issues as highlighted in customer complaints. - Resolve customer queries regarding product usage, maintenance, and replacement, including providing on-site support when required. - Improve and update post-sales operational and maintenance training materials, and conduct related customer training sessions. Internal Technical Support: - Provide technical and quality training to internal employees, especially within European subsidiaries including Germany, to maintain high standards of technical competence and quality assurance across the organization.
Job Requirements
Educational Background: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field, with a strong focus on photovoltaic technology. Professional Experience: Extensive experience in technical support roles within the photovoltaic or renewable energy sector, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of PV system operations and applications. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical details clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Training Skills: Skilled in developing and delivering engaging and informative technical training materials and sessions. Language Skills: Proficiency in German.
