Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate a distribution experience optimization plan for the responsible area and effectively implement it, and at the same time be able to review the implementation results; 2. Focus on the driver's reach and activation, training, efficiency improvement, retention, elimination and other links to ensure the vitality of the transportation capacity in the responsible area, improve the quality of distribution services, and enhance the user's recognition of the platform; 3. Complete the company's goals by managing drivers, pay attention to various indicators and driver manual assessment data, and deal with abnormal problems in a timely manner; 4. Deal with related customer problems caused by distribution reasons, and be able to cooperate with other departments to solve customer problems; 5. Be able to independently make short, medium and long-term planning for driver operation projects, formulate efficient operation plans and complete assessment indicators.
