Job Responsibilities

• Works with line managers to define and update the recruiting needs/Job Description; • Develops and maintains recruitment channels to ensure the recruitment effectiveness and maximize recruiting efficiency; • Sources qualified individuals from different channels; • Screens resumes and conducts 1st interviews and assesses candidates; • Prepares interview report and evaluation report; • Shortlists candidates and recommends to hiring managers; • Develops talent assessment tool and improves recruitment process; • Provides hiring consultation to hiring managers; • Prepares hiring report for management review; • Other HR related responsibilities/projects once required.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years recruiting experience in MNC; experience in search firms is a plus; • Fluent in English; • Good PC Skills & familiar with recruiting system and strong analysis capability • Good team work spirit, respect and value people; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Willing to take high initiative and extra responsibilities; • Self-motivated and be able to cope with a heavy workload; • Work independently and be patient under pressure
