Job Responsibilities: Assist in building the training system: This includes but is not limited to translating written content such as courseware and product knowledge. It also involves the establishment of service standards, store operation SOPs, etc. Training implementation and execution: Conduct pre-job training for new employees (store clerks, store managers, franchise owners), covering product production, equipment operation, hygiene standards, customer service, etc. Carry out regular skill improvement training for franchisees and existing store employees (such as new product promotion, process optimization). Ensure the training effectiveness through theoretical teaching, practical operation demonstrations, scenario simulations, and other means. Training optimization: Based on the problems found during store training and operation, conduct data statistics and problem improvement. Summarize and provide improvement and optimization suggestions and plans for relevant problems and risks. It is necessary to conduct offline practical operation teaching at the store or provide on-site store guidance to ensure the normal implementation of the trainees' learning courses. Ensure the effectiveness of the training so that store employees have the ability to operate the store independently. Position substitution: According to the needs of directly-operated stores or customer stores, be able to fill in the position to ensure the normal operation of the store and fully master the store operation knowledge. And other tasks assigned by the business supervisor, and deliver them according to the required time nodes.
