Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for the sales of the company's products in the Korean market and achieve sales targets. Search for and explore information that meets customers' needs, continuously keep track of customer situations, maintain good relationships with customers, and ensure effective information communication between customers and the company. Keep abreast of market dynamics, report to superiors, and assist other departments in submitting relevant data reports. Follow up on the execution of sales contracts and the collection of accounts receivable. Plan the regional market, screen agents, analyze and evaluate core agents, and formulate product strategies. Build, maintain, and manage the dealer channels in the regional market. Organize agent management work, maintain important customers, and keep good relationships with them.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in communication, electronics, or related majors. At least 3 years of industry experience in motor drive ICs or related electronic components, preferably in IC product sales. Outgoing personality, strong communication and expression skills, logical thinking ability, teamwork spirit, strong execution ability, and the ability to work under high pressure. Those with work experience in foreign IC original manufacturers will be given priority.
