• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answer or refer inquiries. • Politely direct, guide and escort visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; give instructions. • Maintain security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges. • Maintain safe and clean office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Check assigned sections for cleanliness. • Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Attend pre-event meetings and other trainings as required by management. • Visually sweep the venue to check for potential safety issues and lost and found items. • Be aware of and enforce appropriate house rules. • Remain at assigned post throughout the event unless taking an assigned break. • Must be aware of, and follow, the proper procedures for guests with disabilities. • Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of all venues and a good understanding of evacuation procedures form all points within each venue. • During the events serve food and drinks to guests. • This list of duties and responsibilities is not limited, there are more duties
• Age: 23-35 years old. • Height: 160 and up. • Degree: Bachelor or above (Graduated in China). • Experience: Non-limited. • Excellent communications skills, well organized and excellent follow-up and follow-through skills. • Strong organizational, negotiation, problem solving and multi-tasking skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Knowledge of the basic Chinese language. • Fluent in English language.
