Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and conduct advanced research and engineering on latest technologies and systems, including image/video processing, 3D/stereo vision, SLAM, machine learning, deep learning, VR/AR/MR, wearable computing and computer graphics (e.g., image/video- based 3D modeling and rendering, etc.) 2. Together with engineering team drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions that improve the user experience of next gen mobile visual computing and VR/AR/MR 3. Actively promote ideas from research to product development

Job Requirements

1. Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, AI or equivalent fields 2. Ph.D. or M.Phil. preferred with at least 3 years of industry experience 3. Excellent C/C++ programming skills, proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python) and visual computing related libraries (e.g., OpenCV, OpenGL, PCL, AR Toolkit) 4. Hands- on experience in development and prototyping in large, high quality software systems, especially real time computer vision and graphics, VR/AR/MR technologies including 2D/3D tracking, camera calibration, 3D reconstruction, SLAM, machine learning, deep learning, image/video rendering and modeling 5. Experience on mobile and embedded platform (ARM, DSP, FPGA) development 6. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a must 7. A great communicator, team- player with technical writing abilities 8. Excellent publication record in leading visual computing venues (e.g., ICCV, CVPR, ISMAR, SIGGRAPH) preferred 9. Passion for quality products, software development, research, problem solving and best practices 10. Up-to-date with latest trends in computer vision and AR
